Hi guys

It is a well since I last blogged but this is still a learning curve for me and I need to learn the technology bit. Since my last post I have sold the blue/quilt chair 

 a lucky lady is getting this for her 30th birthday

I sold a small cupboard that I did even get a chance to show you and the stool below

 Also I now how some of my baby stuff in a shop at Moss Vale called Rigby and co.

I hopefully will finish today a book case I have been commissioned to do Will post before and after tonight and have picked up two more commission jobs.

So things are looking up and I am enjoying myself. I think if you can find something that you are happy and can make a living out of it go for it. Also you are a very lucky person.

DON'T FORGET I WILL BE AT THE BOWRAL PRIMARY SCHOOL MARKETS THIS WEEKEND WE ARE NOW AT THE FRONT FENCE OPPOSITE ST JUDES ANGLICAN CHURCH SO POP ALONG AND SEE US AND ALSO VISIT THE CHURCH FETE AS WELL THEY HAVE SOME WONDERFUL STUFF AND GREAT THINGS TO ENTERTAIN THE CHILDREN

It is a long time since I posted on my blogger I am been very busy getting ready for my first market. Unfortunately it did not go as well as expected as we were situated between the food stalls down a alley that no one else was. So people turned the corner and did not bother to come our way So disappointing So for our next market(As you have to do three) we have asked to be put with the no food stuff at the front where there should be some passing trade. Also benefit next market across the road will be the church fete so hopefully more people. We also learnt a bit about marketing and displaying our goods. They say you never stop learning how true.

Below is a few pictures of what we will have. So come along to the Bowral primary school markets next month. In the mean time I am hoping to be at my son's school fete next weekend, It is at Chevalier college Burradoo it is a motor fest and fete So come along and visit.

This is an example of my serving boards where you could put cheese and biscuits on a serving plater a salad etc

I am sure some days are to try us (Well with computers any way). First at work the printer would not work and now at home the internet keeps cutting out and then I am trying to print photos to put with my market application, are not working.

So I am going to forget the printer and show you some photos of what I have been doing and a beautiful tree I bought earlier in the year for my garden that I was worried about where I put it ans how well it is going.

You have just got to love spring I always think Flowers are God's gift to us.

Next is a quilt that I have just finished That will be sale at the market or you email me directly if you are interested 

It can be used both side and is hand quilted. As you can from my cushions and Quilts I like things to be used either side. It has wool wadding inside.

Well I think that enough of my trying to work computers today tomrrow hopefully I will be able to show some of the stuff I have ready for the market

What a beautiful day I do love Spring. This morning I did my real job , but I have enough time to show you what I have been doing before I pick up the Tin Lids.
I know I promised you the make over chair last thursday But I decided to go with my boys last Friday to Canberra to watch them race in the ACT all schools Mountain Bike Championships. I was not going to go until my youngest said on the morning at 5.30am but I thought you were coming. So I rushed home had some breakfast and got ready and off I went. No idea where I was going , but I found it and I was so glad I went, I bonded so well with my youngest who does not always show affection and I got some great photos.

Enough I my rabble I will show you the before photo

As you can see It wasn't too bad a chair just too dark for me 

AND NOW

 I am so pleased with it Unfortunately to me my pictures do not do it justice. To me it now happy and cheerful

It is a size 10-12 girls singlet that I have designed and hand embroidered.

Well  I thought today was going to be lovely (Guess I got that wrong) Just as well I decided I should clean house instead of paint. I don't know but when I clean my house and work really hard I think it looks no cleaner but when I go to my friends house and she says excuse the mess I think WHAT MESS!!!. I guess some people are good at cleaning or maybe they do not have a son who thinks messiness is close to Godliness rather that cleanliness. !!!!!!

Today I am going to show you a sneak preview of a copy table i am doing

 I did say it was a sneak more to come soon.

Hopefully today I will finish the "black chair" and so hopefully tomorrow it will appear here.
